Ellie is an experienced, fully qualified drone pilot for film and stills, specialising in extreme environment filming - from jungles, oceans and coastlines, to polar regions. She believes in the unique power of the aerial perspective to enhance and alter our viewpoints of the beauty of the planet, and our impact on it. ​Her work to date highlights changing landscapes under the human influences of agriculture, pollution and development, as well as examples of positive recovery arising from conservation efforts and sustainable tourism.

​Ellie is a fully qualified international drone pilot, with full CAA and FAA permissions, RPAS license and permit, and £10 million Premium Worldwide Public Liability Insurance​​. As a result of her skill and experience filming in difficult conditions, she has been commissioned to fly in restricted sites such as National Trust property, Crown Estate property, and sites of Special Scientific Interest. Her aerial footage has been featured in news stories and viral videos on social media as well as in exhibitions in London and Toronto.
